Ingredients:
250g paneer, cut into small cubes
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 tbsp cashew paste
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Add the paneer cubes and coat them well with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it is soft and translucent.
Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
