Ingredients: -
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3. Mix thoroughly.
