Ingredients:

8 oz spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
 

Instructions:


In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Use your hands to form the mixture into small meatballs.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
Add tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes to the skillet, stirring to coat the meatballs. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain the water and add the spaghetti to the skillet with the meatballs and sauce. Stir until the spaghetti is well coated in the sauce.

4 slices of bread
2 tbsp butter, softened
4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp diced jalapenos
1 tsp hot sauce (such as Sriracha or Frank's RedHot)
1 cup tomato soup
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder

Instructions:


Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Spread the butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
Place two slices of bread, butter side down, onto the grill pan.
Top each slice with one slice of cheese, some diced jalapenos, and a few drops of hot sauce.
Place the remaining slices of bread on top, butter side up.
Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
While the sandwiches are grilling, heat the tomato soup in a small pot over medium heat. Stir in the cumin and chili powder.
