Ingredients:

1 pound "boneless skinless chicken breasts" cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup frozen gnocchi

2 cups chopped spinach

Salt and pepper, to taste
